Under her leadership, the company partnered with more than 50 lenders and consistently closed 60–70 loans per month. Her strategic vision fueled statewide expansion, with offices in Charleston, Greenville, Columbia, and Hilton Head. In 2020, following the sale of her brokerage, Kelli teamed up with Dan and Danny to launch Rehab Wallet, a Charleston-based private lending company focused on fast, flexible capital for real estate investors.
